Font Rocker License Agreement

To complete your purchase and use any Font Rocker font, you must agree to the following License Agreement.

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using any Font Rocker font file, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this License Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to purchase, download, install, copy, distribute or use any Font Rocker font in any way.

1. What You Are Buying

When you purchase a Font Rocker product, you are purchasing a license to use the font.

You are not purchasing ownership of the font, the glyphs, the artwork, the design, the source files or any intellectual property connected to Font Rocker.

All Font Rocker fonts remain the intellectual property of Font Rocker and/or its creators, licensors and rights holders.

In simple words:
You are buying the right to use the font — not the font itself.

2. Desktop License

Every Font Rocker font purchase includes a lifetime Desktop License, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

The Desktop License is valid for private and commercial use.

This license allows one individual user or one business seat to install and use the purchased Font Rocker OTF font files on up to two personal or work devices, such as a desktop computer and a laptop.

The Desktop License is a one-time purchase and does not require yearly renewal.

The license remains valid for life, as long as the terms of this License Agreement are not violated.

3. Permitted Uses With the Desktop License

With a valid Font Rocker Desktop License, you may use the purchased font for private and commercial design projects, including but not limited to:

Logos, wordmarks and brand visuals.

Posters, flyers, brochures, album covers, book covers and editorial layouts.

Social media graphics, website graphics, banners, thumbnails and digital artwork.

Printed products such as apparel, merchandise, stickers, packaging, labels, cards, calendars and posters.

Print-on-demand products, as long as the final artwork is uploaded as a finished, flattened, rasterized, outlined or non-editable design file.

Client work, freelance projects and commercial design services.

 4. Print-on-Demand Usage

You may use Font Rocker fonts to create finished designs for print-on-demand platforms.

This means you may create your design locally on your own licensed device, export the final artwork and upload that final artwork to platforms such as print-on-demand shops, merchandise platforms or marketplace stores.

However, you may not upload, install, embed, host or make the Font Rocker OTF font file available inside any print-on-demand platform, product customizer, web-to-print system, design editor, template tool, generator, app, server or online design environment.

If a platform, customer, user or third party can type with the Font Rocker font, access the font file, generate text with the font or use the font inside an online system, this is not covered by the Desktop License.

For this type of usage, a separate Font Rocker Server License is required.

 5. Server License

A Server License is required whenever a Font Rocker font is installed, hosted, embedded or used on a server, website, app, online editor, product customizer, design generator, web-to-print system, print-on-demand system or any other automated environment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Online product personalization tools.

Print-on-demand design editors.

Web-to-print platforms.

Browser-based design tools.

Apps or websites where users can generate text with the font.

Internal or external servers that process, render or generate designs using the font.

Automated design generation systems.

AI, scripting or batch-generation workflows that use the font on a server or shared environment.

The Server License is not included in the standard Desktop License.

Server Licenses are billed yearly and must be renewed annually in order to remain valid.

If the Server License expires, the font must be removed from the server, app, platform, customizer or automated system immediately.

6. Number of Users and Devices

The Desktop License covers one individual user or one business seat.

The licensed user may install the font on up to two devices owned or controlled by that user.

If multiple users, employees, freelancers, departments, agencies or team members need access to the font, additional licenses are required.

Sharing one license across multiple people is not permitted.

7. Backup Copies

You may create backup copies of your purchased Font Rocker font files for your own data safety.

Backups may be stored locally, on an external drive, in private cloud storage or on a private studio server, as long as only the licensed user has access to them.

You may not make Font Rocker font files available to others through shared folders, public cloud links, email attachments, messaging apps, file transfer services, team libraries or any other digital delivery method.

8. Working With Printers and Manufacturers

You may send finished production files created with Font Rocker fonts to printers, manufacturers, textile producers, merchandise suppliers or similar service providers.

Whenever possible, you should send final artwork as flattened files, outlined files, raster images, PDFs or other production-ready exports.

You may not send the original Font Rocker OTF font files unless this is technically required for a specific production job.

If a printer, manufacturer or service provider needs to install, edit, reuse or work directly with the Font Rocker font beyond your specific production job, they must purchase their own appropriate license.

9. Restricted Uses

You are not allowed to:

Sell, resell, sublicense, share, lend, rent, lease, upload, distribute or otherwise make Font Rocker font files available to any third party.

Upload Font Rocker font files to print-on-demand platforms, online design tools, product customizers, apps, websites, servers or web-to-print systems without a valid Server License.

Use Font Rocker fonts in illegal, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, pornographic, obscene, infringing or otherwise unlawful material.

Use Font Rocker fonts in a way that damages the reputation, value or integrity of Font Rocker.

10. Digital Templates and Editable Products

You may use Font Rocker fonts in templates, mockups or digital products only if the Font Rocker artwork is flattened, rasterized, outlined or otherwise protected from extraction.

You may not create and sell editable templates where customers can access, extract, reuse, type with, copy or modify the original Font Rocker font files or editable glyphs.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Editable Canva templates, Adobe templates, website templates, app templates, business card templates, poster templates, flyer templates, social media templates, SVG packs, alphabet packs, clipart packs, embroidery files or design bundles where Font Rocker assets remain editable or extractable.

11. No Resale of Modified Versions

You may create finished artwork using Font Rocker fonts.

You may recolor, resize, crop, arrange, combine and visually process text created with the font for your final designs.

However, you may not modify Font Rocker fonts and then resell, redistribute or publish them as new fonts, glyph sets, alphabets, SVG packs, stock graphics, editable source files or competing digital assets.

Allowed example:
You create a shirt design using a Font Rocker font, export it as a finished print file and sell the shirt.

Not allowed example:
You edit the Font Rocker letters, save them as SVG files and sell them as your own alphabet pack.

12. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Font Rocker fonts remain the property of Font Rocker and/or its creators, licensors and rights holders.

This License Agreement does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights or any other intellectual property rights to you.

You receive only the limited usage rights described in this License Agreement.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by Font Rocker.

13. Product Versions and Character Sets

Font Rocker fonts may be sold in different versions, editions or character sets.

Some products may include a smaller starter character set, while others may include an expanded or full character set.

The exact content of each product is defined by the product description at the time of purchase.

Font Rocker does not guarantee that every font includes every language, symbol, glyph, special character or software feature unless this is clearly stated in the product description.

14. Compatibility

Font Rocker fonts are digital OTF font files.

Compatibility may vary depending on your operating system, software version, design application, browser, printer, production workflow or third-party platform.

Before purchasing, please check whether your software supports OTF font files.

Font Rocker does not guarantee that its fonts will work perfectly in every software environment, operating system, design tool, production workflow or third-party platform.

15. Updates

A lifetime Desktop License gives you lifetime usage rights for the purchased font version.

It does not automatically include future font expansions, major upgrades, new character sets, new styles, new font families or separate product releases, unless stated otherwise.

Font Rocker may provide updates, fixes or improvements at its own discretion.

16. Termination

This license remains valid unless you violate this License Agreement.

If you breach any of these terms, Font Rocker may terminate your license immediately.

After termination, you must stop using the Font Rocker font and delete all copies, backups and related files in your possession or control.

Font Rocker reserves the right to take legal action and claim damages for unauthorized use, distribution, resale, server embedding or infringement.

17. Limited Warranty

Font Rocker fonts are provided as digital goods.

We do our best to deliver clean, functional and high-quality files, but Font Rocker does not guarantee that every font will meet every technical requirement, production workflow or individual expectation.

Except where required by law, Font Rocker fonts are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

18. Limitation of Liability

Font Rocker is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, production errors, software issues, printing mistakes, missed deadlines or third-party claims arising from the use or inability to use Font Rocker fonts.

Your use of Font Rocker fonts is at your own risk.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Font Rocker, its creators, partners, suppliers and licensors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses resulting from your breach of this License Agreement or your unauthorized use of Font Rocker fonts.

20. Changes to This License

Font Rocker may update this License Agreement from time to time.

The latest version will be available on the Font Rocker website.

Your continued use of Font Rocker fonts after an update means that you accept the updated terms.

21. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws applicable at the registered business location of Font Rocker, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

22. Contact

For Server Licenses, team licenses, custom licenses, extended usage, special production workflows or questions about permitted use, please contact Font Rocker before using the font.
